Women are excluded from a key Cardiff Council meeting to decide on the city’s development plans.

Cardiff Council’s Environmental Scrutiny Committee has issued a damning report on the failure of the Council to properly consult with residents on the future of the city in its replacement local development plan (RDLP).

Politicians and managers are already reluctant to take responsibility for fixing issues and too ready to see them as somebody else’s problem. There is little transparency, leaving those who need solutions struggling to find out who might provide them.
